I also made it here. I'm TomA (Pronounced "Hey, You!"). I've been involved with theater Way too long, love character development, enjoy interactive work. Don't know if my German background will help or hinder, and was NOT there for the original Landsknecht. Coming to learn and exchange thoughts/ideas. Very fond a some of my previous character creations. Ex-military and long time married makes it easy to take orders. Looking forward to old friends and new faces.

Hi, my name is Tom (pronounced "Tom"). I've been involved in faires since 2004 when I fell in with a bunch of crazies at the Connecticut Renaissance Faire, and life has never been quite the same since.

While I've done plenty of on-stage performing over the last 20 years and more than my share of interactive performance over the last 5, I've never been involved with a reenactment group before. I have a bachelor's degree in history, though the history of 16th century German mercenaries is not a period I've studied extensively, so I'm looking forward to this as a learning experience. And as I look around, I'm beginning to realize that Landsknecht are a great bunch to reenact. Not only do they have the baddest outfits around, they get to play with swords AND guns! It's the best of all worlds!

I live in Massachusetts, so I'm more or less willing and able to travel wherever the guild decides to go, New Hampshire and Connecticut being basically equidistant.

So that's me in a nutshell. Let's hear from the rest of y'all!
