At today's workshop we talked about working on the details.  Stephen mentioned that 1) all the men should try to get katzbalgers and 2) they need scabards and belts to wear them.

I thought I had posted these already, but I guess I just thought I did.  These are two blog posts that I came across a while back and bookmarked.  The English is a little rough, because they're not native speakers.  But the photos might help some of you get jump started on making your scabbards.

On a similar subject…


I was given a very very good deal on a katzbalger from la wren. They brought up that for a bulk order they would be happy to do some work with pricing… We can see how the sword looks when it comes in. Comes with scabbard.
