When I unpacked my gear today I found an odd black plastic piece in my brass kettle.  It looks like a corner bracket of some kind, it has two holes for screws and on side has a scoop cut out of it.  Like maybe a plastic pike rest?  =)

At any rate, if you're missing it, I have it and will bring it with me next weekend.

Did you know you posted this twice? Or at least, it showed up twice on my computer.


There is a good chance that that little plastic piece is the piece to the fire extinguisher that would hold it to the wall if we had a wall on which to mount it, which we don't. It has fallen off several times, and people keep putting it back on the fire extinguiher, but I don't think it is doing any good. You can toss it.
