As you may or may not know, Albrecht Durer's godfather was a printer, who published the Nuremberg Chronicle (a famous early printed and illustrated book).  Durer may have worked for/been apprenticed to Michael Wolgemut, who created the woodcuts for the Nuremberg Chronicle. 

And now you can have a copy of the Nuremburg Chronicle of your own.

This publisher has created a full size reproduction of the Nuremberg Chronicle.  Hand bound, hand colored.  All can be yours for a mere $12,500.  (Eep!).  Way out of our price range, but go take a look because it sure is purdy!
