While even a heathen like me has picked up the words to The Lord's Prayer, I realized that I am unfamiliar with how to say a Hail Mary and I definately don't know either prayer in Latin. Or what to do with my pater noster. So I did some research.

Benedictio Mensae (Blessings Before and After Meals)
Benedic, Domine, nos et haec tua dona quae de tua largitate sumus sumpturi. Per Christum Dominum nostrum. Amen.
Bless us, O Lord, and these Thy gifts which we are about to receive from Thy bounty, through Christ our Lord. Amen.
Ante prandium; (Add for midday;)
Mensae coelestis participes faciat nos, Rex aeternae gloriae. Amen.
May the King of everlasting glory make us partakers of the heavenly table. Amen.
Ante cenam; (Add for evening;)
Ad coenam vitae aeternae perducat nos, Rex aeternae gloriae. Amen.
May the King of ever-lasting glory lead us to the banquet of life eternal. Amen.
Sign of the Cross
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/S….._the_Cross
Catholics make the sign of the cross by using their right hand to touch the forehead, then the middle of the breast, then the left shoulder, and finally the right shoulder. As they do this, they say, “In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, Amen.”
Using three fingers
1. Touch the forehead - In nomine Patris
2. Touch the stomach or heart - et Filii
3. Touch the right shoulder - et Spiritus Sancti
4. Touch the left shoulder - Amen
Our Father

Pater noster, qui es in caelis, sanctificetur nomen tuum. Adveniat regnum tuum. Fiat voluntas tua, sicut in caelo et in terra. Panem nostrum quotidianum da nobis hodie, et dimitte nobis debita nostra sicut et nos dimittimus debitoribus nostris. Et ne nos inducas in tentationem, sed libera nos a malo. Amen
Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.
Hail Mary
http://www.oldstmarys.org/sacr…..maria.html
Ave Maria, gratia plena, Dominus tecum. Benedicta tu in mulieribus, et benedictus fructus ventris tui, Iesus. Sancta Maria, Mater Dei, ora pro nobis peccatoribus, nunc, et in hora mortis nostrae. Amen.
Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now, and in the hour of our death. Amen.
Confession
http://www.oldstmarys.org/sacr…..iteor.html
Amen.
I confess to almighty God, and to you my brothers and sisters, that I have sinned through my own fault, in my thoughts and in my words, in what I have done and what I have failed to do. I ask blessed Mary ever Virgin, all the angels and saints, and you my brothers and sisters, to pray for me to the Lord our God. Amen.
