I finally got in contact with the organizers for Marching Through Time in Glen Dale MD.

Dates for Marching Through Time this year are April 17 and 18.   The event is in Glen Dale, Maryland at Marietta House.

You should plan on driving down Friday April 16.  We will probably drive back either late Sunday April 18th, or on Monday April 19th (Depending on the work schedules of folks who plan to attend and how many cars drive down).  This is a camping event, they provide porta potties and firewood, but no showers and we need to bring our own drinking water.  Those that feel the need to sleep indoors can probably bunk at my friend Jeff and Alice's house, if that makes a difference in your decision to participate.

Deadline for entry is March 13th. The entry form wants to know the number of unit members attending, so I'll need a head count.  And they want to know the number of unit members carrying weapons.  So frau, let me know if you plan to be armed.
