Sabrina is bringing brownies (so there's a dessert), and I'll take one of the rounds of drinks.

Well, I think that those of us who usually work at the fire should all plan to help cook.  I think we should try recipes we have been wanting to try whether it be on the stove top or in the oven.  I have two ovens so we can do multiple items if we like.  I personally, don't have a recipe selected, I am still happy that I was able to make the food I did at camp.  But I will be more than happy to help with someone else's recipe.

I have a well stocked kitchen with most every pan and gadget, so let me know what you might need.  I would definately bring your own ingredients, but I would be happy to share some as well.

The list of goodies looks complete, are we doing alcohol for the after party?  If so, you might want to bring what you like, but we have stuff here as well, how about a Slippery Nipple?  Did any anyone need to spend the night?  I haven't heard a thing.

Julie, any word from the rest of the group?  Should we call people?

Otherwise, we will see you all at 2pm on Saturday.

I do not want to cook at this guild meeting. I do want to discuss the cooking that went on in the past year, I do want to bring up having cooking guidelines for the guild.

I am really looking forward to seeing everyone and digging into what we did over the past year and planning for all the good things going on next year!

Just to cover all bases, does anyone drink diet or any other kind of option other than regular for sodas and the like?

A reminder to folks, bring along your flint and steel if you’ve got it so we can play with fire starting. I’ve been practicing up tonight and can confidently start a fire within 5 minutes or less. I picked up some tricks at Pennsic that have made all the difference!

Jennifer, we can practice on your hearth or, if you have old cookie sheets, those work well, too. Until the fire is actually started, it’s actually very easy to control the embers.

Looking forward to Saturday!

I am happy to help out, but I am not planning on bringing ingredients or recipes to cook on Saturday.

Oh, but I can bring some Marc and I approved chip/snack things.

No need to dirty the kitchen if I'm the only one.  I'll bring a dessert instead.  I know, big surprise.

Jen (and everyone else) if you don't mind, I will be making pizza in your kitchen for Marc and I to have food we can eat for dinner. I didn't hear of anyone making main meal food at the house, and we aren't really good for take-out.  I will be showing my Italian roots and making a nice homemade pizza dough. I will bring enough toppings for the two of us, but I am more than happy to just make as many pizza rounds as people would like, so if others want to bring to toppings, just tell me how much dough to make for you and there can be pizza for all.

I'll just bring the ingredients with me, and if it's a problem, we'll figure somethinge else out. Otherwise, anyone is welcome to join the pizza train.

So I guess I will bring the other round of drinks. Also to avoid extra dishes and have more social time how about I pick up paper plates, cups etc. Unless someone else thought of that already?
