Congratulations, we survived our first event!

I mentioned this over the weekend, not sure if everyone heard me or not.  But I'd really like to get together to do a “debrief” of CTRF.  So we can discuss what worked, what didn't, what we'd like to change for next year, things we'd like to do but need to plan (furniture, cannon, etc.).

It would also be a chance to bring all that stuff that got packed in your gear, but doesn't belong to you so you can try to return it to its proper owner.

I think I picked a weekend that Betsy isn't working.  I know Kris and Eric should be back from their vacation by then.  Tom and Amanda have rehearsal, but in the evening.  Does Saturday the 21st work for the majority of the rest of the fahnlein?

And who wants to play host?

Both date and place work for me.

Anytime after 13:00 (1 PM) on the 21st would work for me. I have something going that day, but I'll try to re-arrange things.

Amanda and I actually don't have a rehearsal on Saturday, November 21st. We have a performance. It's at 7:30pm, so I would imagine our call will be at 6:30 or so. So long as we're able to leave the house by 6pm, I think that should work.

Ooooh, sounds like a plan!  I especially want to talk in zee Cherman accent at the meeting, see if we can get Fritz to forget that he's supposed to be a wimpy French candlestick man!  *giggles*

That date is good for me.

@Julie: It's an interesting experience going from playing Fritz to playing Lumiere. . . from one character who's always getting loaded, to another who's lit up more often than not.

Are the seats assigned for the tickets or is it general seating? Since it would be nice if we could all sit together.

They are assigned seats.  If people want to sit together, someone will have to take charge and organise.  And I was serious if anyone can't afford the tickets, let me know at least a week before the show and I can help you out.
