Sat Mittagessen
Blancmange - an almost-pudding of chicken in rice and milk (almonds on the side)
Stuffed Eggs - like deviled eggs, only with a lemon sauce on the outside
Pottage of Carriotta & Rapes – mashed carrots with whatever other root veggies we’ve got (I think a rutabaga and some beets)
Pears in Confit - Pears coached in Red wine
Compost – This is on the list so someone will remind me we need to finish up the compost that we’ve still got!
Sat Late
Pease pottage – Pea soup
Erbolat or Quelquechose – basically omelets! with just herbs, with sausage, or anything else folks can come up with to put in an omelet.
Pickled Onions – I’ll do these up ahead and bring them with me.
Sunday
Lamb & Barley Pottage – yes, its back! This is the same lamb & barley stew from Alton Brown that we made all the time last year.
Apple Fritters – the recipe from workshops, the one with no beer.
Roasted Onion Salad – exactly what it sounds like.
Stewed Lentils – lentils in an herb broth, mashed up with parmesan cheese (or take a little out for Brittney before the cheese goes in there.)
