Landsknecht Guild

Last year we took some time at workshops to do some cooking so we could practice before we had to feed everyone at faire. It is on the schedule for this workshop and the next one, but I wanted to make sure folks have recipes they want to practice this weekend before we break out the pots and pans.

Who has a recipe they would like to try out this weekend?

If other people are game I will be practicing making fritters, since they are so historical and since we've lost our resident fritter expert.
